All regular collection pieces from Evan Ducharme™ are MADE-TO-ORDER.

By following this production process, our environmental impact is lessened with no mass production or waste of resources. 

Due to the Made-To-Order nature of our product, please allow a minimum of 60 DAYS before shipment. Rush orders can be processed for an additional fee.

Orders consisting of multiple items or including pieces with a longer production schedule may take additional time to fulfill, in this event you will be notified via email along with an estimated shipment date.

All international customers are responsible for customs taxes incurred on delivery.

Therefore, due to the Made-to-Order nature of our product, all sales are FINAL.

In the case of a production defect, an exchange is permitted within 90 DAYS of receipt of purchase. Items can be shipped back at our cost (in Canada and the continental US, additional fees apply to Overseas/International orders).

All pieces are handmade on Unceded Coast Salish Territory, Vancouver, B.C, Canada.
